What do I need to do to Freeze my account?

You need to send an email to Help@ladiesfirstrocks.com or come into the gym and fill out freeze form. Please put “FREEZE” in the subject of your email. A 10-Day Notice is required and you may not freeze your membership during the first 6 months of your initial membership unless there is a medical or family emergency. During the time your account is on freeze, you will pay a monthly fee of $8.00 instead of your monthly dues. The freeze can be utilized up to 6 months without a doctors note, during the freeze period you will not have access to the gym. If you are on a contract and you freeze your account, the amount of time your account is frozen will be added to the end of your contract.
