Testimonial: I am 58 and have tried many exercise regimes. This one is a good fit for me. I had my doubts though, after the first session I thought someone was going to have to carry me into the house! I used muscles that haven't been used in quite some time. Over the past couple of months I have been able to do more at bootccamp. I feel stronger and healthier and have more endurance. About 8 months ago I suffered with Plantar Fascitis and low back pain and oculd hardly walk. After physical therapy and with bootcamp I feel so much better I have hope again and it has improved my state of mind considerably. I have more energy and am developing a more positive self esteem; I have to credit Corinne with my success. She is a wonderful teacher, very knowledgeable about the body and she changes the classes daily to make it fun and challenging. She motivates and pushes us but never too much. She is very sweet, encouraging and so so funny. I appreciate that she suggests modifications for me when some things could cause a strain on my back. She always remembers. She helped my daughter and I get through a session where we thought we couldn't finish. She is awesome! I have lost 2 inches on my chest, waist, hip and thighs and 1.5 inches on my calf's and arms. Testimonial: Bootcamp was a blessing to me after my third son. I was heavier than I had ever been, even pregnant. I was depressed and not motivated. I played sports my whole life and ran, so to be heavy was depressing. When I started bootcamp it was my Mother's Day present in May 2010. Bootcamp changed my life. I lost 10 pounds in the first month and won the next bootcamp where I continued to loose weight and tons of inches. I went from my tight size 9 pants that I only bought 2 pairs of because I couldn't believe I was that size, all the way down to size 4. I was so happy and full of energy again. I had my self esteem back and lots of clothes I missed wearing. I can run on the soccer field with the boys teams I coach without running out of breath. My whole family is eating healthier and now I am just addicted to the bootcamp workouts. It makes me a better mom and I've never felt healthier at 35!

Testimonial: What an amazing challenge this has been! This year, I made the New Year's Resolution to get in shape. What a difference in just 3 months. At first it was difficult since the holidays had taken it's toll on me. The first few weeks back were the hardest. Under the direction of Bootcamp leader Coriine Safille, I am proud to say that I have lost nearly twenty pounds and about 16 inches of me has melted away. Now, I look forward to each meeting.
